What Happens After I pay?

Text or call me (text preferred) to set up the initial consult call. I schedule calls for after 4:30pm M-F; I can do morning, afternoon or evening calls on weekends. I will ask certain information ahead of time (such as grades of the children, school district). During the consult, we will talk about the process and timing of pulling your child out of school (if you have not already done so). If you have not already chosen a curriculum, we will discuss your preferences (online, books, combination). If your child is in grades 7-12, I will need to know what courses they have taken so far (you can send me this information after the call). After our first consult, I will send you an email summarizing our discussion. I will also give my suggestions for curriculum. Once you choose a curriculum, I can begin work on the education plan (IHIP) which you will send to the school district.  Information regarding reports and annual assessments will be given to you after the IHIP is sent in. I will be creating your child’s quarterly reports for you to send in to the school district, and I will assist you with questions and resources about the annual assessment. You can feel confident and relaxed in knowing that the paperwork needed for the school district will be taken care of and that you have a homeschool consultant in your corner throughout the school year!
